How long does an estimate take?
Most walk-in estimates take about 20–30 minutes. Heavier collision damage takes longer because we look for structural and hidden damage rather than only writing up what is visible.
What should I bring to my estimate?
Bring your vehicle, your driver's license, your insurance information, and your claim number if you have already opened a claim. Photos from the scene help but are not required.
What is included in the written estimate?
An itemized breakdown of parts, labor, paint materials, and any sublet work such as ADAS calibration or alignment — in writing, before any work begins.
What happens if you find more damage after teardown?
We document it, photograph it, and get approval from you and your insurer before proceeding. You never get a surprise line item after the fact.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are faster, but walk-ins are welcome. Call 512-580-6225 and we will get you scheduled the same week in most cases.
