Bring the vehicle in or send photos through our quote form. We document the damage and give you a written estimate at no charge.
2. Insurance Coordination
We work with your insurance company, supply the photos and documentation the adjuster needs, and handle supplements if hidden damage turns up.
3. Structural & Body Repair
Panels are repaired or replaced and the structure is brought back to spec before any paint work begins.
4. Refinish & Blend
Paint is matched to your vehicle's code and blended into adjacent panels so the repair does not stand out.
5. ADAS Calibration
Cameras and radar sensors affected by the repair are recalibrated in-house so lane keeping and collision warning work as designed.
6. Final Inspection & Delivery
We road test, wash the vehicle, and walk you through the finished repair before you take the keys.
Common Questions After an Accident
Can I choose my own body shop?
Yes. In Texas you pick the shop that repairs your vehicle — your insurer can recommend one, but the choice is yours. Tell the adjuster you are using 360 Auto Group and we will take it from there.
Do you work with my insurance company?
We work with all major carriers. We send the estimate, photos, and any supplement requests directly to your adjuster so you are not stuck relaying messages.
How long will the repair take?
It depends on parts availability and the extent of the damage. We give you a timeline with your estimate and let you know right away if a supplement or a back-ordered part changes it.
Will the paint match?
We mix to your vehicle's factory paint code and blend into the surrounding panels, which is what keeps a repaired panel from looking slightly off next to the original finish.
Does my car need ADAS calibration after the repair?
If your vehicle has lane keeping, adaptive cruise, or automatic emergency braking and the repair touched a sensor, bumper, windshield, or suspension geometry, it does. We calibrate in-house rather than sending you to a second shop.
