What is the difference between OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts?
OEM parts are made by or for the vehicle manufacturer. Aftermarket parts are made by third parties and vary in fit and finish. Recycled parts are original parts pulled from another vehicle. All three appear in insurance estimates depending on the policy and the vehicle's age.
Can I request OEM parts if my policy calls for aftermarket?
Yes. You can pay the difference to upgrade to OEM. We will show you the price difference in writing before ordering anything.
Will you tell me which parts you are using?
Always. If your policy calls for aftermarket or recycled parts, we tell you before the repair — not after.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. We stand behind our repairs with a written parts and labor warranty. Ask us for the terms in writing when you approve the estimate.
How do you match the paint?
We use the factory paint code plus in-shop color matching and blending into adjacent panels so the repair is not a visible patch under sunlight.
