360 Auto did a great thorough job fixing my AC. This was my second time using them and Frank handles each Customers vehicle like he’s fixing his own. Everything was explained and communicated very clearly via phone and follow up email with the diagnosis, pictures of the things that needed fixed or replaced and a very detailed estimate. No auto mechanic labor or parts come cheap, but Frank found the most cost effective way to do the work to provide the highest quality and value. He saved me money without compromising quality. The work was done quickly after I gave the approval to move forward. I will only be bringing my car to 360 Auto from now on.
